Tedy is a platform that enables employers to allocate amounts for the well-being of their employees. Employees can spend these amounts and be reimbursed according to the spending categories pre-defined by the employer.
To use Tedy, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
The employer is responsible for structuring the expense portfolio, defining the amounts and their recurrence. The employee is responsible for submitting genuine invoices and not submitting an invoice twice or previously claimed with another benefit provider.
The refund will be made within 10 to 15 days by Interac transfer, subject to validation by Tedy.
The employer is responsible for managing the tax aspects of taxable benefits, including withholding the necessary tax amounts.
Tedy undertakes to validate the veracity of the documents submitted but is not responsible for the decision taken to reimburse or not the claim.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, including unauthorized or fraudulent use.
Tedy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits.
